Who we are
SKY Positive Minds is an award-winning charity that empowers South Asian women and girls who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual abuse or have been affected by mental health or other challenges.
We offer one to one solution focused coaching to help women move forward from past trauma and to begin the process of healing and change in order to rebuild their lives.

Awards
SKY Positive Minds are honoured to have been awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service (QAVS) which is the equivalent to an MBE. QAVS are the highest awards given to local voluntary groups in the UK, and they are awarded for life.
SKY Positive Minds have also been awarded the Quality for Health quality assurance standard which addresses the three pillars of quality identified in the NHS Five Year Forward View (Patient Experience, Patient Safety, and Effectiveness) and the five key questions posed by the Care Quality Commission.)
Volunteering
Volunteering for us means that you will be working with a charity that holds the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. We will provide opportunities for you to get involved in social change campaigns, planning events and supporting the vulnerable. Our volunteers receive expert mentoring which ensures they grow in confidence with many going on to pursue successful career paths.
